The Nigerian Immigration 2017 List of Shortlisted Candidates is Out, Following the directive of the Civil Defence, Fire, immigration and prisons service board (CDFIPB), the Nigeria Immigration service (NIS) wishes to notify the general public that shortlisted candidates will receive information and further instructions through their given email addresses. Messages has also been sent the successful shortlisted applicants for “Physical Screening and Documents Verification Exercise” which is the next stage of the recruitment exercise.
The Nigerian Immigration Service has asked all shortlisted candidates to report to their respective state commands for exercise.

Human Rights Careers (HRC) aims to help human rights students, recent graduates and young professionals to pursue a career in the highly competitive field of human rights.
This is a ten week program that promises real, hands on experience in tackling issues of human rights, environmentalism, and other social justice activism. Interns can expect to attend a variety of workshops and seminars, as well as to receive mentorship throughout their posting. The IPS pays their interns $48.50 an hour, and the workweek is thirty hours. There are a plethora of opportunities available, all presumably located at IPS’ Washington, DC office. Students at all levels of education are eligible to apply. Applications must be received no later than December 15, and the start date for the program is January 6.

  • This role is for a candidate with Facility management and Civil Engineering knowledge responsible for ensuring building standards and codes are met while maintaining efficient operation and upkeep of the estate security, ongoing building projects and common community infrastructure i.e. water treatment plant, community recreation center, street lights, access road and estate parks and grounds.
Responsibilities
Essentials job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Supervise and coordinate all facility management operations and civil engineering projects
  • Prepare and monitor preventive maintenance schedule for all estate facilities and assets
  • Direct and ensure completion of daily work assignments
